How a realistic task is made

Random walks over synthetic tool graphs produce tasks that read like tool transcripts, over documents nobody would recognize. This is the alternative, end to end: research real sources, correlate them, build the dependency DAG with the production graph engine, seed with a workflow people actually run, mutate it one audited round at a time — and mutate real data into the input documents.
